Group Human Resources Manager (f/m)



Directly reporting to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of modern human resources management together with a small team (approx. 60% for Group tasks and. 40% for operational HR management for our Swiss Company). In this diversified role, you are an important link between the management, the HR managers of our subsidiaries and the employees. Responsibilities include

  • Management of local HR team in Bülach (currently two FTE)

  • Functional management of HR managers at international subsidiaries

  • Coordinate recruitments and continuously develop HR business processes

  • Management of external service providers (e.g. outsourced payroll, recruiting partners)

  • Strategic lead of HR related ERP functionality (Dynamics AX)

  • Conceptual organization and coordination of group-wide trainings

  • Development of HR concepts, strategies to optimize and effectively implement the processes of an international industrial company

  • Strategic workforce planning to support the Management Boards in the strategic and organizational development towards further growth and to the development of mageba`s leadership culture accordingly

  • Development, improvement and implementation of standards for the group on employee recruitment, leadership, personal development

Job Requirements

  • Education in business administration or engineering with HR specific qualification on level University (BA / MSc) or comparable qualification

  • Entrepreneurial, self-organised, proactive and well-structured person

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Full proficiency in German and English (spoken and written), other languages as a plus

  • Experience with payroll accounting, social insurance with a focus on Switzerland as well as international experience, preferably with work permits and expats. Knowledge of relevant legislation

  • Advanced IT application skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Experience in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds as well as success in the development of employees

  • Strong aptitude in taking ownership and problem-solving
